We strongly encourage using the metro to reach the circuit, as it’s both safe and affordable. São Paulo’s Metrô system, widely known as "Metrô," is essential to the city’s public transportation, efficiently serving millions of locals and visitors each day.

With an extensive network of lines connecting downtown, business districts, cultural sites, and major transit hubs like airports and bus terminals, the Metrô provides a straightforward way to navigate São Paulo's dynamic cityscape. Tickets or rechargeable cards can be purchased for entry, and the Metrô operates from early morning to late night with frequent service to meet high demand. By reducing traffic and supporting eco-friendly travel, the São Paulo Metrô enhances mobility for residents and tourists across one of South America’s largest urban areas.

To reach Interlagos, take Line 9 (Esmeralda) to the Autódromo stop. From there, it’s about a 15-minute walk to the circuit.

Metro tickets are available for purchase at station ticket offices, self-service machines, or through the "TOP" mobile app for both Android and iOS.
